1.1. All individuals involved with CT Cubed Inc. (CT Cubed Inc.) training courses, referred to as "Graduates," are required to read and agree to the CT Cubed Inc. Professional Code of Ethics Policy before attending their training course and throughout the validity of their certificate. Violations of this policy include cheating, security breaches, misconduct, fraudulent information submission, or any actions that compromise the integrity or confidentiality of CT Cubed Inc. assessments or training courses. Additionally, professional misconduct that adversely affects the individual, their employer, or the CT Cubed Inc. Programs also constitutes a breach of this Ethics Policy. Graduates must commit to uphold these standards consistently. All Graduates shall adhere to the following:
2.1.1. If it is determined that any Graduate has violated this Ethics Policy, CT Cubed Inc. will issue a written notice of violations and applicable sanctions, along with a copy of CT Cubed Inc.'s Appeals Policy and Process.
2.2.1. Any Graduates found by CT Cubed Inc. to have violated this Ethics Policy may, depending on the seriousness of the violation:
2.3.1. Following receipt of a notice of violations and applicable sanctions, a Graduate has thirty (30) calendar days to submit a written request for an appeal, pursuant to CT Cubed Inc.'s Complaints and Appeals Process Policy.
