Professional Code of Ethics

1. Graduates

1.1. All individuals involved with CT Cubed Inc. (CT Cubed Inc.) training courses, referred to as "Graduates," are required to read and agree to the CT Cubed Inc. Professional Code of Ethics Policy before attending their training course and throughout the validity of their certificate. Violations of this policy include cheating, security breaches, misconduct, fraudulent information submission, or any actions that compromise the integrity or confidentiality of CT Cubed Inc. assessments or training courses. Additionally, professional misconduct that adversely affects the individual, their employer, or the CT Cubed Inc. Programs also constitutes a breach of this Ethics Policy. Graduates must commit to uphold these standards consistently. All Graduates shall adhere to the following:

1. All information submitted must be completed by the Graduates themselves.
2. Graduates must abide by all terms and conditions set forth in the CT Cubed Inc. Candidate Agreement.
3. Graduates must offer and provide professional services with integrity.
4. Graduates must perform professional services fairly and reasonably and disclose any conflicts of interest.
5. Confidential client information must not be disclosed without specific client consent.
6. Graduates must conduct themselves in a manner that enhances the image of the Cybersecurity and Aerospace professions.
7. Graduates must provide services competently and maintain the necessary knowledge and skill in areas for which they are certified.
8. Graduates shall not solicit clients through false or misleading communications or advertisements.
9. In professional activities, Graduates shall not engage in dishonesty, fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, or knowingly make false statements.
10. Graduates shall not engage in unauthorized breach of IT systems, including hacking, uploading malicious code, or other actions that may compromise IT system integrity.

2. Procedural Requirements for Code of Ethics for Graduates

2.1. Notice of Violations and Sanctions

2.1.1. If it is determined that any Graduate has violated this Ethics Policy, CT Cubed Inc. will issue a written notice of violations and applicable sanctions, along with a copy of CT Cubed Inc.'s Appeals Policy and Process.

2.2. Remedies for Violating the Ethics Policy

2.2.1. Any Graduates found by CT Cubed Inc. to have violated this Ethics Policy may, depending on the seriousness of the violation:

1. be denied future CT Cubed Inc. certificates;
2. have all other CT Cubed Inc. certificates revoked;
3. be subject to other appropriate actions, including legal remedies, as deemed necessary by CT Cubed Inc. to enforce the Ethics Policy.

2.3. Appeals to Violations and Sanctions Process

2.3.1. Following receipt of a notice of violations and applicable sanctions, a Graduate has thirty (30) calendar days to submit a written request for an appeal, pursuant to CT Cubed Inc.'s Complaints and Appeals Process Policy.
